1. Who we are
These terms are between your business (“you”) and MadeMirror, Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”). By starting a free trial or buying a plan you agree to them on behalf of your business. If anything here is unclear, message us before you pay.
2. The service
MadeMirror is a shade-confidence layer for beauty e-commerce. Depending on your plan, it includes live try-on on your product pages, shade suggestions with a confidence label, a look receipt, an optional question to shoppers after delivery (“did the shade look right in daylight?”), and a merchant view of those answers.
- Guided pilot: paid onboarding with our team. We connect and calibrate your catalog with you, then run eight weeks on one category (complexion and lips): an A/B test on your product pages, after-delivery shade answers, the merchant view and a shared readout.
- Starter: a monthly plan for one category and up to 50 SKUs, with try-on, shade suggestions, daylight answers and the merchant view.
- Growth: a monthly or yearly plan for all categories and up to 150 SKUs, with try-on, complete looks, look receipt, daylight answers, the merchant view and a monthly readout.
- Enterprise: from AED 3,500 a month; scope and fees agreed in writing.
Shade suggestions are approximate and depend on the shopper’s camera and light. We do not promise an exact match or any particular sales result. The sample store on this website uses sample products and figures.
3. Free trial
Starter and Growth start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged. You connect your product feed, and while the trial runs your shoppers can use MadeMirror on your store with up to 150 try-on SKUs. At the end of the 14 days the try-on on your store pauses automatically unless you subscribe; your workspace and catalog stay in your app, and subscribing switches it back on. One trial per store; we may decline or end a trial that is misused.
4. Fees and VAT
Fees are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT where applicable. The free trial costs nothing. The guided pilot is a one-time fee of AED 2,500. Starter is AED 790 a month and Growth AED 1,490 a month, billed in advance each month from the day you subscribe; Growth billed yearly is AED 14,280 a year. SKUs above your plan’s limit are AED 5 each a month, invoiced monthly. Any VAT or similar tax due is added where the law requires it.
5. Cancelling a plan
You can cancel Starter or Growth anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month (or, for yearly Growth, the year) you have already paid for; we do not refund part-periods. Until then the service keeps running.
6. Guided pilot refunds and credit
If you change your mind before the kickoff call, we refund the pilot fee in full. Once the kickoff call has taken place, the pilot fee is non-refundable, because onboarding work starts from that call. If you subscribe to Starter or Growth within 30 days of the pilot readout, we credit the full pilot fee against your subscription.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
8. Your data and shoppers’ privacy
Your catalog, and the answers your shoppers give, remain your data. We use them only to provide the service to you. Try-on processes the camera on the shopper’s own device; camera frames are not uploaded. See the privacy notice.
You remain responsible for your store’s own privacy notice and for any consent your shoppers must give under the laws that apply to you. We will help you describe how MadeMirror works.
9. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate product and shade information, and only use the service for lawful purposes. Do not try to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it applies.
