No. The camera runs in the shopper’s browser, on their own phone. Camera frames are not uploaded or stored, and the merchant view holds aggregate answers, never face images.

On the free trial, as soon as you have checked your shades and added the store snippet, often the same day. On the guided pilot, weeks 1 and 2 connect and calibrate your catalog with you and the A/B test runs in weeks 3 to 8; kickoff is within 2 business days of checkout.
Yes. Starter and Growth are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly Growth runs to the end of the paid year.

You do. Shade answers and merchant-view numbers are your store’s data. They are aggregate, hold no face images, and we use them only to run the service for you.
